Magazine Front Cover Drafts

I decided to use my first draft for my magazine front cover layout. I fell like it will help me meet the conventions of my genre and I will easily be able to convey the genre through this layout.

I decided not to use the second draft because it wasn't conventional where the cover line was placed. I also felt that it left too much room for plugs when my demographic is more into images.

I also decided not to use this draft either because this one didn't leave enough room for plugs. Also the feature article photo took up too much of the page which would of made it unconventional.
